The Foundation hosts four events annually, including three fundraisers and one donor recognition luncheon. Funding priorities vary for each event and are determined by the Foundation board and Unity Medical Center administration.

Giving Hearts Day is a 24-hour fundraising event for charities in North Dakota and northwest Minnesota, including the Unity Medical Center Foundation.
